Service Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their scheduled service with at least 24 hours notice without any penalty.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:
If a service was not delivered as agreed.
If there is a technical or operational failure on our part that prevents the completion of the service.
If a prepaid service is cancelled before work has begun.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds under the following conditions:
If the service has been completed in full and the client has accepted it.
If a client changes their mind after work has begun.
If delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. customer unavailability, delays from third-party providers).
Service Rework and Adjustments
If a customer is dissatisfied with the service, we can offer a revision or correction free of charge, provided that:
The problem is reported within 7 days of completion of the service.
The dissatisfaction is due to a valid reason related to the quality of the service.
Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email info@11mecanik.com.
Once a refund request is reviewed and approved, the amount will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
