Services provided

11 MECANIK offers domestic and industrial maintenance services, including, among others, electrical work, plumbing, waterproofing and renovations. Our services are available in Barcelona and Girona.

Service Appointments

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

Clients must ensure accessibility to the service location on the scheduled date.

Prices and payments

Service charges are based on the scope of work and are agreed upon prior to commencement.

A 40% deposit is required upon approval of the quote for work over €300. The remaining 60% is due upon completion.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card or other approved methods.

Late payments may incur additional charges.

Refund and cancellation policy

Clients may cancel services with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Refunds are only given if the service is not provided as agreed.

Warranty and liability

All work is covered by an extended 2-year warranty.

We are not responsible for damage caused by external factors beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for notifying us of any issues within 7 days of service completion.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information and allow our team adequate access to perform services.

Any modifications to the scope of service must be communicated in advance.

Unauthorized modifications to our work by third parties will void any warranty.

Privacy and Data Protection
